“The system needs improving for self managed customers, we need to be able to pay as soon as we select that we are self managed rather than been directed to complete a service agreement, etc. We pay for items ourselves and then claim it from ndis, so there is no need for the additional headache of completing more paperwork.”

Hi Julian, the way your funds are managed does not affect our obligations as a provider to ensure that a written agreement for supports are in place. This is a requirement derived from the ATO. We appreciate the frustration and can assure you if this wasn’t a regulatory requirement we would not be implementing unnecessary additional complexity.

“Recommended to us by our speech therapist, very easy to place an order and the order happily sat there until NDIS approved the invoice. Once paid delivery was extremely quick! Will use again in the future if we need other things :)”
