“Purchasing was easy, I was very impressed with the speed of delivery once the order was completed . However having to complete service agreement was a waste of my time given I was paying outright for the order before it was sent .”

Thanks for the feedback Brodie, we understand the frustration with the Service Agreement. We get this feedback a lot. Many people (and providers) are unaware of a specific requirement for a written agreement for the supply of supports. This comes from the interaction between GST Legislation and the NDIS Act. We're working hard on a new streamlined agreement process that will reduce the burden but until legislation changes we are required to have this in place. A.D.

“I found the website easy to navigate, you had a great range on the product I was looking for and the delivery was speedy. I was kept up to date on the process every step of the way, including a telephone call to advise me the product had been delayed slightly. An excellent and efficient service, thank you.
