“Please do not offer international express shipping eta 4 days it is misleading, then say in your terms and conditions it all depends on this and that. It took 12 days for delivery.I paid extra for no reason..”

Hi Penelope, Thanks for your feedback. You might find that the estimated time for delivery to New Zealand of four days was pulled automatically from the Australia Post information, so we don't have any influence over the accuracy of this information unfortunately. As per your email, the items was dispatched on 27th February and arrived in New Zealand on 4th March, which is in fact four business days. Any delay in delivery after this is the responsibility NZ Post and again, out of our influence as it depends on their processes and your location. I'm sorry this experience has been frustrating for you but we honestly did everything we could to get it to you ASAP. “Stumbled across the website and ACS had the products I was looking for, and at reasonable prices. Purcashing and sign up were easy. Follwoimng that, I got a welcome e-mail and notification of my invoice and then despatch. A few days only and I ahd the chook supplies I needed. Would definitely recommend.”

“Its not as good as i thought it would be. Yes they dont waste as much but the feed doesnt slide down as easily as i hoped i have the help move it down every day so they can eat it”
