“Our experience with the couriers was poor and resulted in big headaches for the team at Australian Piano Warehouse. The team worked very hard over the course of a few days to resolve problems for us, the customers. All staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you. Finally our digital piano was put together at our home in a timely manner. We would like to thank everyone involved at Australian Piano Warehouse for their understanding and care.”

“I bought a Kawai ES110 for my wife with the stand and pedalboard included as part of a sale, and she is extremely thrilled with it. The delivery took a little longer than normal due to none being available in my local area, but they were quick to email me with this info to check if I still wanted to proceed despite the delay. The service was excellent at every step and I’m very happy. Very professional.”
