“Roland digital piano delivered very quickly after order but unfortunately portable stand was forgotten. Different courier used and many messages before it finally arrived. The first courier picked up and delivered the piano on the same day. Not sure where the second courier went with the stand!”

“It was very easy process and simple and the keyboard arrived quickly. I found the process of the credit card authorisation unusual. I have never been asked to do that before and at first thought it was a scam but I spoke with other people about having to do it and they said they have done so in the past so I responded but I must admit I was tempted not to do so in case it was someone fishing for my information”

“Amazing service in all ways! I phoned initially and had a very helpful discussion with Robin at Milton. This assisted my choice, to subsequently purchase my keyboard online. “I was looking at a particular full size piano keyboard case, but needed a measurement that wasn't available on the website. Called the warehouse, and they quickly went and measured what I needed, and sent me a text message with the measurements. Fantastic customer service! Once I'd purchased, I received the product promptly, and it was well packaged to protect it from damage on-route. Five stars to Australian Piano Warehouse. Would definitely purchase from them again!”

“I'm still waiting to receive the items I ordered. Not your fault - its the bloody CouriersPlease. They seem to be a law unto themselves and so far the only feedback I've had from them is in response to my query. Two responses from two different people telling me exactly the same thing and basically not giving a response to my query.”

“We were looking for a good quality and aesthetically pleasing cover for our 1980s bought black Yamaha grand piano in our newly refurbished music room. We were very pleased with the lovely black fitted cover with its cheeky red lining! It looks great and will protect our piano from cats, children and the occasional bit of sun. Your help over the phone from Brisbane was great, and the cover was delivered very quickly. Would recommend you to family and friends. Many thanks!”

“I rang the online number and spoke to the guy at the warehouse who was very.helpful and full of knowledge about the products if he didn't know he looked it up instantly online . Ordered online and it arrived in days set it up and it worked flawlessly sounds great and works great with the app and free flowkey for 3 mths . This company knows how to operate online well done and thank you.”
