“Arrived quickly, PW kept us notified along the way. Lots of research before buying, but we chose this so we could bluetooth with an iPad and link in with the Kawai app. Amazing sounding digital piano with authentic piano sounds. Also it’s a beautiful and sleek looking addition to our living room, with a quality base that is sturdy. A great investment for our family, definitely no regrets.”

“I have some issue with the delivery where the delivery company had a mixed up and delivered my items separately and there was some confusion. I wrote to customer services and they promptly solve the issue my piano was delivery safely next day and still within the week of purchase. Very happy with the service.”

“Good price. Quick delivery to Far North Queensland. As for the product - a friend saw it and immediately had me order one for them - the most recent order. When you are as isolated as we are it’s refreshing to be able to get this sort of thing with minimal hassle and cost. Thank you!”

“Everything was great, the only thing that let it all down was the delivery, it did not arrive at the same time. The keyboard was the one thing we were hanging out for and it ended being the last thing to arrive. However we really appreciated how the whole process was handled.
