“The purchase was very easy online and the delivery came with in the 5-7 day time frame. There were good and easy to apply safety measures in place regarding my credit card. The delivery man was really helpful and called before the delivery. The whole experience was a pleasure and matched by how much I really love my Yamaha Arius YDP - 144”

“Called up store after seeing product online to make sure it was in stock as I was purchasing for a Christmas present. Representative was very helpful. “Delivery by Ipec required follow up as the first delivery was incomplete and required follow up from me. When contacting the live chat the first time the operator was unable to provide any delivery updates. Order process was easy - once ordered the process for delivery was below average”
