“Due to COVID-19 we did not visit the store. The staff were very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions. The keyboard was delivered without any issues. We were very happy with purchasing from Australian Piano Warehouse.”

“I recently purchased a keyboard from Australian Piano Warehouse and had several questions about availability, delivery and price matching. The sales manager I spoken to (Sarah) was a huge help and covered off on everything I needed to know and arranged an excellent price for me. I was able to collect the items from a nearby store the same afternoon. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and the service!”

“I bought an instrument online, and it's absolutely fine - just what I was after. I was surprised that there was no follow up at all from APW, after spending the best part of $3K with them. I learned about the schedule of delivery from going back to the original Track Shipping email and checking. Nothing at all from AFP - thanks for buying, interested in any accessories, any problems setting up... nothing. That seems odd from a customer service perspective, but honestly, it also diminishes your chances of making additional sales - cabinets, music stands, headphones, other electronic accessories and so on.”

“Very good service, the first courier called me when he was staying at my home to ask for picking my stuff up. Unfortunately, I was out at that time. Then he said I had to go to pick up the stuff at warehouse store by myself. However, the company delivered to my house again. Truly excellent service ever.”

“I initially spoke to Amy at the Brisbane store. Who was fantastic and told me what I needed was on the online store. Amy directed me to the correct item then it was so easy and hassle free to order. The delivery timeframe was quick, especially coming from Sydney in the middle of a pandemic. Highly recommend!”
