“I received a call the day after filling in my details online and was informed that I would recieve a quote within the hour. 1 week later I received the quote from a different person. I simply requested the interest rate and haven't heard anything since. Terrible service!”

“It should have an option to accept to be contacted by phone or email, not every client is happy to get a call on a Sunday at 8am by a sales rep!!! Also I prefer to have the info written, instead of getting a sales rep reading you a script!!!”
