“I'm constantly getting emails but I have not yet to receive a phone call to start the process in regards to trying to apply for a vehicle loan so technically I've had 0 service and then and an abundance of emails that mean nothing”

“Terrible customer service. The person was very blunt with short emails and gave information that just wasn't correct. The person also didn't answer my important questions. Interest rate was even higher than getting a loan!!”

“I chose not to use Toyota as they have a lot of fees they add in - make sure you get a comparative finance quote and see if you are getting the best deal that's why I used these guys”
