“I purchased an eco flow wave battery that was showing on the Award RV Superstore website and additionally, I also made another $250 purchases to shop in one location. The eco flow wave battery was the only reason for using the Award RV Superstore. Unfortunately, Award RV Superstore can no longer get an eco flow wave battery in, but the item is still showing on their website. No one followed up with me once they became aware of this.”

“I ordered an internal caravan clock. We were housesitting several locations and didn't open the package immediately, as our caravan was in storage. Opening the package 4 weeks later, we found that the clock had a broken front glass. After ringing Award, I was offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and it was received really quickly without hassle. Thank You Award for your great customer service.”
