I'm so sorry your order was delayed, unfortunately, most of our staff were out after being pinged as close contacts and for one week we had slow service! We do acknowledge this and accept that it was totally unacceptable and not our usual standard. Sadly we were unable to work around this at the time.

For me it has gone from being 'just a toy shop' to being a one stop shop, especially around the festive period & birthday for all ages.
