POOR AND SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE I Was extremely happy to find a retailer for the potty I was after however after submitting my order, my experience with Baby Studio went markedly downhill. Firstly after reading many reviews regarding their “fast” delivery, I was extremely disappointed when it took more than 4 weeks for my order to be dispatched. Secondly I received notifications on 2 separate occasions (2 weeks apart) that I was getting a refund for some of my items with no explanation as to why. So it seems that because it took a month to dispatch my order, items may have no longer been available. Thirdly I contacted Baby studio on 2 occasions (2 and 4 weeks following order placement) asking for an update of my order as I had not received any notification. The first time I received a response saying that the package would be dispatched in the next few days and 2 weeks later I received no response. Fourthly due to the delay in receiving my goods, the item I ordered was further reduced in price, I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience of waiting and did not get a response. I have no issues with the products I ordered though. I haven’t used them yet but they look to be of a good quality.

I purchased this product purely because it states that it has 'anti reflux base positioning' - however, in the manual it says that the legs must be at the same height at all times. I have read the manual front to back many times and no where does it state this anti reflux base. I contacted customer support over a week ago and no one has responded to me. Very disappointed with the false advertising and the lack of customer support.

No prior warning that my order was going to be changed as a result of an inventory error until I had to contact baby studio. Contacting baby studio was also very difficult so made the whole experience unpleasant.

I wasn’t very pleased with my experience. I bought some products from your site as a gift for a friend and rang specifically to ask if you did cards and gift wrapping. I was told if I stated that in the comments for delivery section that wouldn’t be a problem. Our gift was delivered without any reference to who it was from. We We were very embarrassed thinking it hadn’t arrived, and our friend was then very embarrassed she received it and didn’t know who it was from to thank us. You probably need a better system for gift giving as it wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

The order never came. They delivered it to WA when I’m in VIC. I’ve reached out 3 times on their website but they don’t get back to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I have emailed and sent a message vis online portal as my order was incorrect and I still haven’t got a response after 2 weeks. Not even an acknowledgment that my email/message was received. I’m very disappointed

Received a different colour swaddle to the 2 I ordered. I wrote directly to baby studio to try and rectify this and still haven’t received any response. Disappointing customer service.

I’m very disappointed in my order and how it’s been handled. I ordered a fresco bloom seat covers which said it will be only a few days to be delivered. I then got an email saying that it was out of stock and that I had to wait 4 weeks. 4 weeks have gone by and no one had got incontact with me until I emailed to follow up on my purchase, only to get a reply that I have to wait another 4 weeks again (total of 8 weeks all together ) . I tried to complain about this but no one had replied. I still don’t have my order til now.
