“Customer service was a little disappointing. Once I placed the order, it was discovered that my house number was incorrect. I immediately emailed the customer service because no real telephone number was provided or offered. Despite all my efforts, no one took the effort to call the shipping vender to amend the order. I ended up befriending my FedEx driver to be on the lookout for it. If it wasn’t for my own initiative, the pillow would likely have been returned to you undelivered.”
“Pillows are well made, good material, and very comfortable. My problem is one was too big and one too small. Also, where do I store the big one? I returned the back and bottom one for the bathtub and kept the two with the wedge shape for hot tub.”
“The experience through purchase was seamless, but after purchase it took a while for shipping (a label was created quickly but it was another week or so until the package was actually mailed). There was an email warning of delays after purchase, but I wish there had been a warning about shipping delays prior to purchase. Excellent packaging though.”
