“Very dissapointed with Badesofa. Beware of their return tactics, they are awful. We are designers and purchase many items from hundreds of companies and I have never seen a company that actualy undermines and ignores their return policy. Companies like this are awful to deal with. I have contacted requesting help and all they do is send a link to get a diffrent colors but to returns as advertisesd. Do not buy this product unless you are absolutly sure the items will fit your bath and color scheme will work, because you will never receive a refund.”
“I ordered this so long ago, I don't remember anything about the ordering process, either good or bad. So I chose the answer "acceptable". It would be better not to require this answer. It might have been very good, but I can't be sure.”
“My experience from the beginning was terrible. First the pillow didn't get delivered. Apparently the package got returned because it was "damaged". I find it very difficult to swallow that a PILLOW was damaged in the mail, but heh, gotta give someone a break right? After waiting forever for the first pillow, the second pillow arrived. However, getting that to happen was less than pleasant. I could go on. My story ends when The founder of Bad E Sofa Natalie, artificially reached out asking how everything was. She said she was reaching out "personally" to check. Hmmm...Hot damn..Personally, I like to be treated as if I matter. I like to believe that the people I am dealing with aren't robots. I like to believe in people in general. But not when they treat me in a less than human way. Sorry Bad E Sofa. Your product is insane, your way of "reaching out" is less than good. And you fall short of reputible in my opinion. Regroup. Rethink and Re gather yourselves to treat people with the respect they deserve. Especially when they are the ones keeping you a float. Pun intended....”
“Bought this along with the seat and foot cushions for my wife. She’s petite and tends to slide down in our tub. She loves them and how comfortable they make the bath.”
