“Delivered quickly. Wrong colour sent !! I ordered correct size as advised on website..narrow feet but unable to get the boots on. Will have to return the boots. Disappointed. ***The foot width indicator below is not working properly... I have slim feet.”

“Really nice boots. Quite narrow but the sizes are too big. I’m usually a 6.5 but had to change them for a 5. They exchanged them quickly though and answered my email straight away so great service.”

“I ordered size 37 which were lovely but too small, the return label in the box and reusable packing make it easy and free to send returns. I ordered the next size up and they have arrived swiftly. They fit perfectly, super comfy, top quality leather. I’m not expecting they need any ‘breaking in’ . Very happy customer. Thankyou.”

“Although I returned the boots which just weren't me, they were very nice. The return service was free and very easy to do . I was informed very quickly that I had been refunded the money I'd paid. I would certainly recommend them and hope to buy some footwear in the future. Claire Smalley”

“I wanted boots that would not hurt my feet or toes. I think I still need to break them in. They are warm and waterproof. I walked a few miles the first time I wore them And my toes hurt. Probably arthritis. I then wore them round the local Park with the dog as it is softer under foot and that was better. I’m hoping they will mould to the shape of my feet and be more comfortable”

“Great service. Such comfortable boots. Bought a pair of Quebec ankle boots for my mum who has quite large ankles so we were concerned if they would be too tight but they fitted perfectly. As did mine. Lovely boots.”

“I can honestly say these are the best boots I have ever had. These are my second identical pair. My first boots are still going strong but are now several years old so the colour has naturally faded over time. I will of course be keeping my 'old faithfulls' but wanted that little pop of rasberry colour back in my life. They are so comfortable and their longevity balances the cost of these funky well made boots. Quality and a superb service all round. Random strangers comment all the time on my lovely boots. They make me smile and others so that goes beyond being just footwear; They are my 'happy' boots!”

“Bought the Vancouver storm boots to walk the dog in as I wanted a pair of waterproof boots and not a pair of wellies.I am so pleased with them.They’re very comfortable.Had to take the insole out as I have wide feet,but once they’ve stretched I will put the insoles back in!”
