I love it, I'm a creative director in communication in Milan, my site is www.stfrancis.it, I used to worked as well for many international clients as Lacoste and many others and I really love how the courses are structured. They are helping me to find motivation and focus on my work and to understand the core of writnings stories. Even the cooking courses are very elegant and amazingly made.

It's a resource full of invaluable advice on how to speed up the transition from amateur to elite. Probably the two best writing masterclasses I've so far watched on Maestro are Alan Moore's and Lee Child's; Moore is a literary genius, so his class teaches you about the art of writing; and Child, of course, is a mega-bestseller, so his course teaches you how to make your writing entertaining as well as strong. Maestro is a must for anyone who's looking to reach high heights.

BBC Maestro is a well-designed site with fantastic content. I’m currently completing Julia Donaldson’s ‘Writing Picture Books for Children’ and absolutely loving it. The lessons are clearly presented, perfectly chunked/segmented and excellent value for money. I’ve just renewed my subscription - even if I only complete one course this year, it will be worth it! (That said, I have my eye on many others already!)

It's a brilliant app - like the British version of Masterclass. I've followed the Alan Moore and Billy Connolly courses, and I think that they were both brilliantly well thought out. I've bought the latter as a gift for my younger brother.

High quality production, both videos & course contents. A good selection of "Maestros" - some of them go into really interesting details along the few hours the course longs. So much so that it is a joy to watch the course video more than once.

I love to learn from the masters of writing. It is as if I'm sitting in front of them. Julia Donaldson is a great inspiration for my children's books. Being a children's book author myself I've learned a lot from her. I also enjoy Lee Child. I've always been a big fan of him and it is wonderful to be lectured by him. Thank you, BBC for bringing the Masters to us.

So many great writers, sharing their knowledge to help others, they all have different writing styles. Book recommendations, writing exercises, and course notes. I have spent many hours gaining information and hope to put this into practice in my writing. All the speakers were a great inspiration. I have also enjoyed courses on cooking and still have plenty of other courses waiting to be watched.

BBC Maestro is incredible. Thoughtful, entertaining, informative and most of all inspiring. It never talks down but lifts you up. Also, the production is extremely well done. Can’t wait til they make an app so I can easily watch away from my desk chair.

I have purchased one course and I was so pleased with it and the nee ones the BBC kept adding, that I just upgraded to a complete subscription. To learn is to live and to live is to learn, so: why not give it a try and grow as a person and a professional from home…?
