“I chose the class taught by Ken Follett because I am writing Historical Fiction. His class was excellent, with concrete examples of how to make your writing exciting to the reader. Of the many classes I have taken, I felt I got more realistic direction from this than any other. I would definitely recommend this class.”
“Play with words
they are there to be heard.
whatever form they may take
a story is in you
for you to make.
if it's for children minus the expletives!”
“Frustrating. Started on a weekend and saw part but was denied access to rest. Then was told my password did not work and no support was available until Monday when I was busy. Momentum destroyed and I have yet to return. Would like my money back because I do not trust continuance of streaming.”

“I am currently taking the class with Harlan Coben. I chose this class because I also write (although, not yet published) suspense novels. I wanted to learn more about the wrtiting process and the post-writing process and, after watching 21 of the 23 classes, I have learned so much. Actually, it gave me the courage to email my first query letter along with the 1st chapter of my novel to Lisa Erbach Vance today.”
“If only for Julia Donaldson's course! She is a true Maestro writer as well as a Maestro communicator. What an inspirational teacher! Thank you, Julia, and thank you, Maestro!”
“Each session is really focused on the subject matter full of absolute gold. I’m learning so much. The course notes are also awesome for reflection after each session. I have already recommended it.”
“I wanted to add "The Art of Influence" by Evy P to my resume, but it feels less credible having no certificate. Now that I completed it...it feels disappointing. I already learnt a good chunk of this from that sketchy book 48 Laws of Power. She's beautiful and not weird like that author though I'll give her that. I do feel she could've given us more though. I would have paid $100 instead of $69 for the certificate. Thats what I am stuck on.. Am I supposed to teach my future daughter how to get to the top of Abby lee's dance pyramid with this? My daughter belongs on reality televison. I am smart whats being taught i can find on Youtube and Tik Tok now. A certificate would have been nice something i can print on my wall and say I did that for my 2027 reflection.
This is supposed to be a serious topic and there is encouragement to only use these steps to be genuine. If that is warrented to say throughout this course then its serious enough for a valid credible certificate. Im not a Karen. I just want my furture daughter.. Shawndra Tallahassie to be geared up for reality and be hella rich on tv.

“Dear BBC Maestro team,
I hope you all are well after a turbulent world during the pandemic period.
I am a writer working in a place near the mountains and trees!
I thank the BBC Maestro for offering the course with the writer Isabel Allend, who transformed the suffering of human existentce into art!
Love to Isabel Allend and everyone involved in making this Project a reality.

“Informative, engaging, interesting and relevant topics to expand minds of all ages and levels of education. I received a surprise membership as a Christmas gift and I am truly enjoying every episode. I can't wait to see what more is in store for me! As an author, I'm always looking to further my knowledge and learn new things to help me build my craft. Thank you BBC Maestro!”
“I am so impressed with the Julia Donaldson lessons on writing picture books for children! I am just at the start, but am already opening my eyes to new ideas. She is so warm and encouraging and definitely inspiring. With all the people offering expensive courses, I am so glad that I chose the BBC maestro!”
“Only watched one expert so far on the subject that I wanted help with. Having heard anything I didn't previously know through online courses or self help books costing far less. And I subscribed with a hefty discount over the new year. Nicely filmed, though.”

“I’m taking the Jojo Moyes class. I’m a published author but I love to learn. Her delivery of the information is outstanding. She speaks like we were in a class. It is so informative and I’ve learned so much,”
“I’ve been a fan of Marina Abramović for over 15 years, and I’m so happy! I’m Brazilian and I love that she created a course you can put into practice immediately, to live more in the present instead of just learning content. The classes are excellent—I want more from BBC!”
