The company insisted it wasn't their fault and refused to give a refund, despite a scraped and bruised nine year old.”
“Our bed was delivered and we were happy with it, noticed a slight chip in one of the wood panels and I called to get a replacement for it, so they resent the bed panels in the box with many other unnecessary parts. We got it back quickly and was satisfied with it.

“We were very happy with the bed frame but the wrong mattress was delivered and we didn’t receive the mattress protector that we had ordered. Customer Service were brilliant however and they resolved both issues immediately.”
“A terrible service and awful quality.
The in-correct bed was delivered and when replaced it was damaged. The customer service team then told me it was my fault having reviewed the extensive photographic evidence that I supplied including part of the bed which was split and other areas where it was chipped and broken / snapped elements. They made no reference to the dangerous staples poking out - certainly not appropriate for a child's bed. I would not advise using this company or purchasing anything from them. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.

In addition, when attempting to cancel a missing bed frame that was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, customers may find that their money is kept by the company without any updates until they follow up. If you do not wish to risk losing your money and not receiving your items, we recommend considering other options.””
“I have been using this company for years and normally have a really good experience. Unfortunately I purchased a bed off them which was not fit for purpose and their customer service has been really poor. I informed them from day one that the product went up to scratch them. They told me they look into it then they asked me to send an email and it’s been going from there at the end of it. They have given me a bed that can’t be used for the £20 refund, really appreciate I have accepted this as a goodwill gesture, but they have lost a valued customer. I will from now on purchase from someone else. They actually value their customers and their opinions. I don’t know how many photos I have but I still get the same answer. It’s not a problem you put the bed up your problem.”
