“Faultless. An excellent website makes ordering easy and accurate. The company keeps you informed at every stage. The goods arrive very well packed, with simple, precise instructions. The quality of the wood and fittings is superb. Not cheap, but it you want cheap there are many alternatives out there.”

“So easy to order online, had messages to let me know the progress. I was delighted when they arrived, such beautiful shelves, I was over the moon. Brackets were very meaty, and I made a mistake when I ordered them, after a phonecall, I was able to send the brackets back and swapped them with no trouble at all. I would definitely recommend Ben Simpson furniture, beautiful craftsmanship”
