“I ordered an oak mantle for my fireplace. It is lovely very good in choice, prompt ordering and delivery. I was particularly impressed with the packaging ensuring nodamage to the mantel. Great company will use again and fully recommended 👍”

“The quality of the shelf and fixing were of a very high quality but I did struggle a little bit to get the shelf flush and lined up with the holes. It would have been better to have some sort of template for the installation in my opinion but overall very happy.”

“I received a great service from Aran who filled me with confidence when I made a mistake on my order, he quickly responded to help me out. Package arrived a few days later - extremely well packaged with very clear concise instructions. Now all fitted, my shelves look great and give the very rustic natural look I had hoped for and are very practical too.”

“The floating wooden shelves we ordered arrived ahead of schedule and very well packed. Although they were easy to install the shelf does not fit perfectly against the wall. i suspect that the pre-drilled hole is not deep enough. Apart from that they look really good and we are very pleased with them.”

“Ben Simpson has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, the customer service is of very high standard, communication between us was very quick & very helpful. The delivery of my two shelves was extremely quick, i ordered friday morning & had them delivered monday afternoon, i was so happy to recieve them so quickly. When i opened my parcels i was so delighted, they were just as i had imagined, very high quality, the walnut stain was exactly what i wanted & the grain in the wood was exceptional. I am overall very very happy i chose Ben Simpson furniture for my shelving, they look absoluteley beautiful & of very high quality, packaged well, full instructions & parts. I would definateley recommend Ben Simpson furniture to all. 10 out of 10 😊”

“My mum used to say to me “you get what you pay for”. And she was right! 1st class service and goods. (Not cheap but very affordable) I bought a shelf for over a radiator in a dining area and what a transformation. It looks great. Makes me smile when I see it. Yes, I perhaps should get a life 😉 Fantastic product!”
