“Wow I can’t recommend this company highly enough. We ordered some floating oak shelves which are absolutely beautiful. We had an issue with the courier delivering the item, and the customer service from the team at Ben Simpson was simply outstanding. “Just received my 3rd shelf from Ben Simpson. I sent pictures of my current shelves and they matched the new one perfectly, am so happy with them all. Customer service is amazing (especially Nicole) delivery is quick and very well packaged. Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend.”

“It's taken me a couple of months to leave my review as I had a new kitchen fitted before I could unwrap and assemble the items. Great service, I ordered the box of samples first to be sure I had the right shade which came super quick. The table and shelf were easy to fit with all the parts included and were well packaged and in perfect condition. Kept up to date all the way through. I'm absolutely delighted, what do you think?”

“We ordered kitchen shelves with black metal brackets, the order was delivered quickly and well packaged. The shelves themselves are really sturdy, look great and smart with the brackets. The only change I have made is using silver coloured coach bolts to hold the brackets in place - these not only set the brackets off (silver ends) but also felt more sturdy fixing to a wall. Overall highly recommended product and service.”
