“Speedy service and the shelves look great. They have yet to be fitted so are still in their box. The brackets are incredibly substantial for the wood, which is good as they are for the kitchen.”

“Love the quality and look of the shelves but one of them was curved on the top side which made it actually impossible to use for books as they looked like they were sliding off. Not ideal. I would have thought that would have been checked before sending out?”

“My first order was for 1 metre rustic shelves, which arrived on time by Parcel Force. They look good on the wall. my second order was for 0.6 metre shelves. Unfortunately, these were sent by DPD. Having been sent a 1 hour time slot for delivery I was there, but no show by DPD. Then got an email saying they "had missed " us - not in!!! Won't come back till Monday! Not impressed at all. The quality of the stuff is good, but the moral of the story here for Ben Simpson is stick to Parcel Force! Still awaiting delivery!”

“These shelves were of great quality and arrived promptly. Instructions on what was needed to install were helpfully sent via email prior to arrival. We also had good communication from the company throughout the whole process. Thankyou.”
