“I have had the best experience with Big Bear Promo! I delt with Ross directly and his customer service was incredible. My query was dealt with so quickly and efficiently and the products we received were amazing I am so pleased with them. I will definitely be going back to use their services again! “I only ever work with Joe on all my Promotional projects. As always for this latest project he was incredibly helpful, giving us an instant quote and beat every single other supplier. He then did his due diligence in making sure we were happy with the prototype (a complex PVC keyring) and ensured it was delivered ahead of schedule (even though it was produced in the Far East). He gave us a seamlessly professional & incredibly fast service (even though I know he had to do so much work in the background). He is an incredible asset to BigBearPromo!!!!! “Got to say these guys over performed for us. I needed a giveaway for a last minute event we had been invited to - and we went for the phone holders after Andrew James recommend them from his stock items. He quickly sorted everything he needed from us and the holders actually arrived two days before the event, which went down a treat. Will defo use again.”
