“We've ordered multiple, repeat orders from BigBearPromo and we couldn't be happier with the products we've received! Callum has been my point of contact within the company, and is always extremely helpful, and patient at times, ensuring we're happy with each new order, as well as beating competitors prices. Previously, we had issues with printing errors on some of the products, but Callum was there to immediately rectify the situation, replacing the order free of charge. Unfortunately, these things happen, yet the way Callum handled the situation meant we had even more trust for him and BigBearPromo, as he couldn't have be more apologetic and willing to sort out for us! Overall, our company will continue to use BigBearPromo, as they provide a great service & high quality products!
