“A very smooth process from start to finish with great communication and prompt email replies. The final product is perfect and great quality, and at an amazing price too! I must give a shout out to Sam Lewis for his help, he was super friendly and patient. His service was top notch and will definitely email him again in future if other products are needed. “We come back to Big Bear because they offer good value for money compared to other companies and everything arrives on time and as requested. For the past couple of years I have dealt with Callum who is very responsive and patiently amends artwork until we are completely happy and more importantly does it all with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Can't fault them.”

“The whole service made me very happy, right from the first contact to the proof artwork, and the prompt delivery of the 250 Scout Activity Badges.
