“i recently bought a large number of items that were not quite right. Callum Burton has been nothing but amazing in sorting out the issue. I have spoken to him on the phone and via email. Always very professional and nothing is too much trouble. Callum is a great asset to Big Bear Promo.”

“From my initial contact reference my order till after delivery the customer service was excellent. Price was good and and turn around from placing order to receiving delivery was excellent also. Can not fault Big Bear in anyway and if i am to order again i will be using Big Bear again.”
