“We were looking for something more exciting than traditional paper centrepieces for an upcoming company conference and found LED cubes from BBP. Liam handled our account from the outset and was superb to work with. He responded promptly, always had an answer for my queries and worked with us to ensure our order arrived in good time, despite having a short lead time from our end. We are now working with him on re-ordering more LED cubes because they were such a hit with our own customers! Top job all round!”

“Customer service was outstanding. Ross helped us with our order at short notice and delivery was made in time. The products were excellent quality and we were very impressed. Definitely will be purchasing again, and will try to do orders a little sooner as some items in the catalogue require more time. We were updated regularly too by phone and email. “I had a short time framed request to have some key chains made. Sam Lewis was really helpful. There was not enough time to turn around my first choice but Sam showed me alternatives that I think are better! “Callum was amazing sorting things out for me. Even when i couldnt sign off the first option he came up with a solution. My only problem was the product itself wasn't clear on its design. Was expecting the logo printed on the bag an not just an inserted bit of paper.”
