“I have been dealing with Ross Robinson for well over two years now and always he is a pleasure to deal with, pricing and orders are always done in a quick and very efficient manner. Regarding the Big Bear Promo brand they always have what I need and again are excellent at what they do, Ross being the superstar of this team.”

“I needed some branded merch in a very short time frame. I was emailing Ross Robinson and he was beyond helpful. He sent me links of what was available, then once I had chosen he sent me the proof and the payment link straight away. He processed this for fast track delivery and it arrived the morning of the event (only 4 days after ordering). Great service, great product and will definitely be ordering more company merch from Big Bear and Ross!”

“We do an extensive amount of promotional items per year and were previously using Everything Branded. As their service declined in quality we started doing a few orders with Big Bear liassing with Ross. We have since moved the entirety of our promotional requirements over from the start of the year and haven't been disappointed. The process is thorough, the responses are prompt and the delivery estimates are accurate. And, most importantly we got a lovely Christmas hamper through in December. What more could you want?”

“Placed an order with Ross Robinson for 200 mugs pens and coasters. Very satisfied with the order and a great value for money near enough every other company was double Ross had our proofs over for us to see within a day of enquiring and order placed the following day would recommend to everyone.”

“We have been using Big Bear Promo for over a year now for a variety of projects. I am always impressed and pleased with the service Liam Benson provides - all of our requests are met with a great customer service experience and on many occasions he has really pushed to meet our deadlines when we have last minute requests.
