“This was the 1st time using Big bear promotion and i can say from the initial conversation with Tyler to discuss requirements and options to proof of item being ready and delivery of product was amazingly fast, the product arrived in a few days and are very happy with the end product and will definitely be purchasing for our company again for future products. “Fantastic customer service and prompt replies from Ross regarding the order and got our beautifully printed pens sent out on time for our charity event! Only issue is the pens break a little easily on a few of them but easily reassembled.....holding the courier who threw them over our tall fence responsible for that one so not the companies fault!”

“On enquiring about placing an order for logo printed notebooks we received a very good quote and mock up. We ordered the product which had a slight error when it arrived, it was very quickly sorted, reprinted and arrived swiftly. The print quality is second to none.
