“I ordered what I thought were Calvin Klein boxer shorts, size 3XL. When I received them I noticed there was no sign of the Calvin name and that the 3 XL size corresponded to a 48-51in waist rather than the normal 46in waist 3XL would usually signify. Furthmore, when I looked at the accompanying leaflet I discovered that the policy for returns prohibited the return of underwear for reasons of hygiene. I sent a message saying that I had not opened the pack and that they should consider a refund (as the items couldn't have been tried on). Several days have passed and I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply.”
“My son is very slim with very long legs so I thought I would get these for him to try on. They were far too big so I sent them back using the link supplied on 02/09/2024. Two weeks later & I am yet to receive a refund or an email to let me know what’s happening! Sadly I find this to be very poor customer service.”
