“I have used Bikago several times as their service and bikes are excellent. I love the wi-fi option which is such a help navigating around the island and everywhere you stop. Delivery and collection is great and has always run smoothly. Unfortunately the bike this time was not the near-new standard I have experienced in the past, it was acceptable though. The Bikago service is high priced but offers such a good service I keep coming back.”

“Easy to book, delivered directly at my Hotel. Very good scooter, new. First Aid box included. Staff very professionnal. Take out easy at my hotel. Perhaps little more expensive as the othe Company, but definitly the Best in Bali.”

“The Bikago service is safe, correct and good. We got a well prepared Honda Vario 150 with two helmets and the scooter papers with the key. Since we were staying at The Rice Joglo in Ubud, which is 10 minutes by bike on a small path through the rice fields, the Bikago delivery man had to walk back for 20 minutes to the main road when he delivered the scooter. I offfered him a lift with the bike but he said he would run back to the road. But great service they deliver the scooter at the front door in remote places. And come and get it back the same way. If you fix a time with Bikago for delivery you will mostly experience that they send a mail that they will be later due to traffic or else. I think this is standard procedure! When the scooter should be picked up we got the same story. They sent us a mail that we should leave the keys at the reception desk and that we make some pictures of the scooter and send it to them because of the insurance payback. We did not care to do so but be flexible in your mind on this with Bikago.”

We always aim to deliver and pick up the bikes at the requested times, but if delay occurs due to unfortunate events, we indeed always inform the customer about this beforehand, as we do not want to keep them waiting for us! “Im using Bikago Bikes every half year and for me its perfect - delievering always on time, very nice staff and great Bikes - one time i had a little crash and even then everything was easy and perfect. When i m in Bali we see us again.... thx”

“It was such a great experience, I would strongly recommend to anyone to look their different ranges of bike's and even hiring the bike is so easy and they explain you different options which one would be best for you. We hired scooter for 4 days, we got the bike in great condition and we travelled so many kms and didn't face any troubles, just helmets glass were smeary not clear to see in rainy conditions apart from that the bike did great job. When returned the bike's they did thorough check and didn't find faults and refunded our money straight away. Overall good experience with this rentals.”
