“Very good service. Dropped the bike off at 9pm at our hotel. Bike had some minor front fender damage and other scratches. Pointed this out to them and they showed me it was already noted on their report, all good! Bike ran great for the time we had it! No problems at all! Come time to leave, they let me know earlier they were running late to pick it up but no problem. Left the keys at hotel reception, all good. Next time we are in Bali will definitely be getting a bike from them again! Regards Mark”

“Worth paying the extra money for peace of mind (insurance mainly as lots of places in Canggu didn’t provide insurance). Scooter and helmets were nice and new ish. Real easy process from booking to delivery & pick up. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys”

If the helmet provided is not the perfect size, customers can always contact our customer care team and we will happily swap the helmet for another one. “I couldn’t recommend Bikago more! They were extremely helpful and efficient with problem solving - dropping the bike directly to our hotel and picking it up from a villa in a different region. The bike we chose was basically brand new and very well looked after, much safer and smoother than the usual bikes you hire off the street. Plus the helmets are clean and actually work. They’re flexible and friendly and go the extra mile to make sure it’s an easy process. Next time we’ll have a bike waiting at the airport for us! 100% good experience! Misa NZ”

“Bikago costs more than others! But it's worth every penny you spent. New bikes, perfect online (chat) support 24h. If you search a bike for more than 1 or 2 days - i would go again with bikago! Regards from switzerland!”

“It was very convenient to get bike delivered straight to your hotel. The guy was very nice and explained all the features of the bike. Prices are very nice. I would recommend to book in advance so you have a choice of the bikes. The small bag with plastic window for the phone is very comfortable, so you can use your phone as navigator. Bali got many traffic jams, so it's understandable if guys can be a bit late. Thanks to Mary who was always there to answer any questions about the rent.”

“We rented a Yamaha Nmax 155 which was delivered with 2 helmets to, and collected from, our Villa in Ubud at the scheduled time. The bike was in very good overall condition with low kms, which proved very handy during our stay in Ubud. We had no issues with the bike and was cheap to run. I would recommend Bali Bike Rental / Bikago if your after a quality bike and good service.”
