Many thanks for leaving us a review however we are naturally disappointed to receive two stars - unfortunately, having looked up your order, we are unable to find any correspondence from you at all regarding your order or indeed any issues you have faced. All of our emails are replied to promptly Monday-Friday and searching both your name and email, our system does not indicate anything received from your address. We can only apologise for this.
Looking at the tracking provided via email to you March 13th, Royal Mail indicates that they did indeed deliver your order to the address you provided. Unfortunately, reviewing this now, we see that you did not provide a delivery number/house name, only a road name which could be the reason for you not receiving the goods. Unfortunately our labels are printed automatically through our system utilising the details for delivery provided at checkout.
We can certainly raise an investigation with Royal Mail regarding this - particularly given the tracking indicates delivery - however note the incorrect address provided will likely be the issue given to us. Whereas we would typically send out a replacement order whilst this investigation is handled, we are unable to do so on this occasion given this item has now sold out. As such, our only option will be to refund.
Please note that customers are not obliged to receive our emails, and given you feel you are being bombarded by these, we are more than happy to remove you from our mailing list.

I would usually have been nervous to come into a smaller boutique but she put me at ease and made me feel so relaxed and welcome.
