“I, like most, let myself go, slacked off of working out this winter. I felt flabby and gross.
I started working out again, pumping iron, but the results I wanted were, IMO, too slow. A friend mentioned Cool Toning is what I needed, because it does the work for you. It tones you up quickly. You don't need to get undressed, skin contact isn't required. You can wear a tee shirt and leggings. Anyways, I made an appointment at BodEnvy of Tulsa, per her recommendation. OMG! what an amazing job they did! I could tell from the start this was working my thighs, butt & abs out. All I did was lie there while the machines worked me out. With every appointment, I could see and feel the difference. No more winter stall, if my workout/weight lifting is lagging, or more like my motivation to work out && lift weights is lagging.
