“Educational, supportive, and motivational. My coach was amazing the whole time. She didn’t make me feel bad when I made mistakes, she lead me to better decisions, pointing out what I could do instead. When I looked up recipes she would look into ingredients with me. The lady’s who handle the treatment rooms and the front desk are super sweet. I brought my 2yr old to most of my appointments and they were super sweet to her.
