“What a pathetic company. I wish I could give a negative or zero star review. I bought a burr coffee grinder and after one horrendous messy use I decided to return the grinder but to my dismay, Bodum does not stand behind their products. They will not accept a return. I am now stuck with a poorly engineered and designed grinder.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”
“Products are good but customer service awful, their system had issues for about a week, not processing freebies for qualified purchases, I spent about $300 and yet they wouldnt want to honour the freebies I qualified for. It takes weeks to come back to your escalations then they find every excuse or tricks to dissapoint you not to proceed. I woulnt shop again at Bodum”
“I bought a Bodum Bistro online and it immediately clogged and became unusable. I contacted Bodum customer services and they asked me to send a video, which i did. They were very unhelpful and said the problem was just static and refused to let me return it. (I'm sure this breaches some kind of distance selling regulations!) Ended up having to use a compressed air gun to clear the blockage. The blocked coffee grounds were in oily clumps so I guess there must have been some grease on the burrs from the manufacturing process. Have since run it through a couple of times with dry rice to try and clean it and it seems to be ok, although I'm still not 100% convinced. I'm most disappointed in their complete lack of interest and support”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with, they should be reported to trading standards.
Flimsy poorly designed cheap products, and a customer service team that should all be sacked. Essentially a scamming drop ship importer.”

“I need to return a glass beaker for my french press that I got by mistake (I accidentally ordered one without a spout on it, when I needed one with a spout). However, Bodum has made it impossible to return this item. On their website, they say that you need to contact their support email to get a RA#, but they will not respond to an email. I have emailed 4 times and it has almost been one month (and their return policy is only valid for 30 days). I have tried calling, but they do not service their phones and there is no way to get an RA# on their website. They have made it exceedingly difficult to return any item.”

“Bought a coffee press which arrived correctly and in good time. However, I had a couple of questions and contacted customer service on 31st December 2021. After about 2 weeks and several reminders I received a reply asking for more info (that wasn't really needed). I replied with the info and to date despite reminders have not had a reply. So, a month after my first message and I am still none the wiser. Will never buy from Bodum again and would certainly not recommend them, ever.”
“I am amazed that I can write a positive review. But feel it’s only fair to do so. Although my experienced begins like many of the negative ones I feel I need to write and tell everyone it needed time. I gave up waiting and decided I lost money. And when I did that, the parcel not only showed up,,but was in perfect condition. And was what I wanted. I kind of want to order a large size glass set. Maybe I will. Maybe I won’t.”
