“I love this system. It has made it very easy to start getting back into shape after working from home during Covid. I have it on a hook by my work desk and when I am in a meeting I can be hands free from I will grab it and do a few of the moves on the bar. I just purchased the online access and am looking forward to expanding my workout. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is I would like to purchase the handles but really think it should come with the kit.”

“Took my BODYGYM with me for the first time to my physical therapy appoint yesterday and my therapist loved it and said I could do all the moves on the bar but two. I’m so excited because this is a workout I feel I can stick to. My only complaint might be it’s hard to see foot placement on the stickers. I also wish the streaming subscription wasn’t so pricey as I’d love to be able to show it to my PT for options so I don’t get bored. Quality is great and it’s quite sturdy. I’ll probably be buying a separate resistance band to use with the handles I purchased as well.”
