“Overall it is a nice product but it is not made for small framed people. For example, the center of the bar is too wide for my small hands to grasp and the loops are too big for my small (size 5) feet which causes my feet coming out of the loops.”

“I have used the Body Flex with Greer Childers that is the same as this for years. I love the vacuum breathing that she does along with the exercises but I needed stronger resistance bands. The breathing is the secret for me. These bands are stronger and longer and I love that plus the added exercises. Thank you.”

“Started using BodyGym five years ago this July. Tried work out facilities for years each one went broke and lost $$$$ Rarely do I miss a day using my BodyGym and can tell by the end of a day without using. Have arthritis throughout my body helps ease without pain, stretches my side muscles and legs never were more trim. Please don't take my BodyGym away!”

“Wow! This thing works! Many things I like about the Body Gym include the portability of it, the resistance of the bands, as well as the simplicity of it. I also was very impressed with the extremely fast shipping after I placed my initial order. It was literally a few days from the time I ordered until the time I received my Body Gym.”

“Needs number to call they sent two I ordered just one don’t know that they charged my card didn’t give me any confirmation number nothing on how to return it I’m pretty upset don’t do email”

“I absolutely love this! She makes it so fun and easy I’m an active person but I hate exercising and will do anything to avoid it. Want to get back in to it again and thus makes it super fun! And it’s Marie Osmond guys she’s a fox!!! Loved her my whole life now I’m working out with her in my living room feel like I’ve known her my whole life!!! If I can look like her by the time I’m 50 I’m doing something right!!!!”

“I am 47 yo 5'0" 185lbs. I have let myself become a couch potato due to lifelong depression, recent job loss and covid19... I purchased the BodyGym so I could begin my journey back to health gently (also cut out all sodas, coffee etc) and I have to say that it has been so much easier than I was hoping! Add the fact that when I am ready I can upgrade the "strength" of the bands makes the BodyGym a lifelong friend! I am thrilled with my purchase... thank you BodyGym.”

“Love the BodyGym for its convenience and simplicity I only wish it came with a higher resistance band. It is too easy and then you are asked once you already bought it if you want to upgrade and buy a higher resistant band separately. Just include it from the start”
