“believe it or not, I do not own a DVD player and unable to find another source to access ways to use the body gym. Please help. I do know how to do some of the exercises but not enough to get the full effects of it. Thanks”

“I haven't used the DVD yet but I have used the BodyGym exercises on the tool and it's fast and easy (for the most part). I like that it's portable, too. It was a bit more expensive than it should have been though....”

“Easy to assemble. A picture is worth a 1,000 words and the signage on the BodyGym makes it so-o-o easy to do each exercise. I deserve a stronger and more fit body and BodyGym is going to help me achieve the BEST me I can be.”

“I enjoy body gym at home and when traveling. I get results when stretching upper and lower body at this time. Prefer body gym rather than weights so far.”

“Excellent product and such a great value! I love how versatile it is and the many things it can be used for. It is light and convenient, with great exercises and workouts printed right in the handle bars if you’re not feeling the creativity piece. Really love this product!”

“It's good for some exercises like bicep curls and rows, but it's not really suited for men. Perhaps women or the elderly will benefit from it. Don't waste your money, even if Marie Osmond promises the moon.”

“I travel a lot and I love the fact that I can fit this in my suitcase and it is so lightweight. Besides I can really feel the difference in my body and performance. I would highly recommend this to anyone at any age.”

“Oh I freaking love my body gym I live in a small space ,, this is compact and I don’t need to move furniture around to have room All the exercises that you can do with this? Works every part of your body !!!! I just pick it up all the time and start working a body part!! I watched the videos a couple times to make sure my fo was right! Best purchase ever!!!!!!”
