“This wasn’t for me. To be honest it smelled and tasted like the pickerling fluid you get with gherkins.
A bottle of non alcoholic gin tastes better and at £18 per bottle far better value!!
I obviously won’t be re ordering again and will dispose of this bottle down the sink.
I really don’t want to sound harsh but this is my honest opinion.

“I have just indulged- and I mean indulged in all the fullness of the word - in a second bottle of this drink. The first one is the original flavours, and the second the Ottolenghi collaboration bottle. They arrive in boxes which are a burst of yellow sunshine in themselves - I've flattened mine and displayed it as a poster - and then comes the bottle, splendid on the outside and the in. They're better than one of those sunshine lamps that cheer people up who suffer from SAD. They're better than design, the presentation, the singular taste - a straight from the gods. “I have been wanting to try this for a long time but have been really very disappointed. I’m not sure if batches are different but I made a drink up as per the signature serve and it tastes overwhelmingly of vinegar and I was unable to drink even a little of it. My husband also tried it but felt the same way. I am unable to return as the bottle is open. I’m sorry but Botivo has turned out to be an expensive mistake.”

“Very disappointed with this product. Whereas there is an underlying note of botanical herbs, by far the most overriding taste is of a sweet vinegar. It basically tastes as it smells - and that is not a good thing unfortunately. Sorry.”
