“Lids of boxes are a bit on the thin side not as good as the larger boxes Postage box arrived very damaged a few boxes are not of use as not bubble wrapped or protected inside the large box very disinfected”
Hello Jennifer - thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate you letting us know about the issues with packing, and must apologise as this isn't how items should be received at all. I'm personally sending you an email now to arrange for damaged items to be replaced on a next day service.
I have also flagged with our warehouse and despatch team to make sure we pack items more securely in future. Our boxes should all be in made-to-measure outers to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
