“I purchased a 28" LG tv with wall mountings on the rear. When fitted, the bracket completely covered the input for the electricity cable. I'm going to have to ask my son in law to slice off enough metal to enable the cable to fit into the socket. Universal bracket ? - clearly not in this universe.”

We are disappointed to read your review when we have received no prior contacted to allow us the opportunity of resolving your issue. Our customer service team can be contacted via phone, email or online chat and are always happy to assist. The Ultimate Mounts UM2923 bracket purchased is VESA compatible for 4 size ranges up to 200mm x 200mm. If mounting the bracket on a TV which has a VESA size of only 100mm there could be overhang depending on the moulding design of the back of the TV. The bracket comes complete with a range of bolts and spacers. The spacers allow the bracket to be fitted further away from the back of the TV which should alleviate the problem you mention. Any DIY fix is highly discouraged in case it affects the structural integrity of the product. If the spacers do not correct your issue please contact our customer service team who can arrange a return for either an alternative product or a refund.

“Website was great, put specification of my telly in and it presented options for brackets. Selected one I wanted and couple of days later it was here and fitted. Very clear instructions on fitting the bracket and attaching the telly. Very solid and flexible. Great product.”
