Thank you for your feedback. Let me clarify this situation. Kindly note that our courier has delivered your order the following business day, just like the Next day delivery option promises. However, you refused to accept the delivery, as you claimed that it must have been delivered before 3pm, and our courier arrived around 6pm. Please be informed that there has never been any condition such as this; the only condition regarding 3pm and the Next day delivery is that an order needs to be placed before 3pm so that we can ensure the delivery on the following business day.
Also, I am sorry to hear that you have been chasing us and got no reply, I checked my inbox and so did my colleague, but there has not been a single e-mail from you. Please contact us on support@buildiro.com and we can have a look at this situation again. Kindly note that you have been refunded the whole amount immediately after refusing the order, so please double check your bank account for the refunded amount.

“The delivery came quickly, even after selecting 2-4 days it arrived on the second day. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to get what I needed delivered from anywhere else and Buildiro sorted it straight away, and it was one of the cheapest.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Great all round!”
