“Great company. Super fast customer service with any questions about my order and they sent a message actually typed by a person not a form letter with generic information. Shipping was fast, received my items in less than a week. This is the second purchase I made from the Bulletproof Zone website and when I need to buy any equipment they are the first site I go to. Even when I buy AR500 stuff I would rather buy it from BPZ than I would the AR500 website. Not that there's anything wrong with AR500 I just like the variety bulletproof zone has and can find stuff I like more than what I was originally looking for. I tell all of my friends so I;ll tell you, someone I've never met, if you need armor or accessories check the BPZ website first.”

“i ordered 2 of these vests, the bullet proof one , and they said due the nature of this item returns are unacceptable, in the manufacturing step , they informed me via the email that one of the vests will take a lil longer than expected and they asked me if that's okay , i answered i can't wait for that one to take longer so they canceled it and returned it's full cost to me, another thing when i was purchasing something happened and it just didn't work , a bit later The CEO himself contacted me and help me finish the Purchase, and they even applied a Cupon after i completely finished the payment , i recommended BulletProof Zone , amazing staff, amazing Products, and im %100 sure that i will order again and again from them , with all love and respect”

“Nothing particularly wrong with the product. Disappointed that the website allows you to select APO/FPO for a shipping address, but then I was later contacted and informed they cannot ship to APO/FPO and they would need a physical address. When I provided my physical address in Europe, it was at that point they explained they could only ship to the US. The only reason I ordered from Bulletproof Zone was because AR500 would not allow me to select APO/FPO address. I was lucky to find a friend who offered to receive the product and ship to me later. Update: Bulletproof Zone reached out to me. I appreciate their effort in trying to correct this. They told me they will update the site to avoid any confusion in the future. Although I may not order anything else while I am overseas, I believe they mean well and definitely put in the effort to correct any inefficiencies in their systems.”

Also if you don’t see your shipping email check your promotional folder in your email that’s where mine went to.”

“I ordered a set of RMA plates on 10/31. Got the order confirmation and welcome emails from the website like normal. I believe the lead time was listed for 2-4 weeks when I placed the order so I didn't get a shipping email and wasn't expecting anything for maybe a month. On 11/5 I was wondering where the box on my front porch was from and to my surprise it was my plates. I know RMA makes their stuff stateside, and lists next business day lead times on their site, but I figured I'd be waiting a minute since I ordered through a vendor. Might sound nitpicky to some but I would have liked to have gotten the shipping email. If something had happened to the packaged I wouldn't have even thought to check on it for about a month. Other than that it was a good experience.”
