I purchased Erimās Scalp Scrub and Hair Oil at a recent event I was exhibiting at. As a PCOS girlie I have suffered with sudden hair loss and the condition of my hair is frizzy tangled and awful no matter what I do. Screenshots attached show how I complained about their limited shipping costs and they provided a resolution of Ā£15 to shut me up after a month!
Then when I purchased AUD400 worth of products, they say my payment didnāt go through! Even though itās clearly pending on my credit card!
Avoid needing assistance from their poor customer service team!”
“My hair falls out when I use this product. I wasnt sure at first so i tested it, i used fable and mane and then brushed my hair and lost maybe one or two hairs. Then on another occasion i used the by erim oil and oiled my hair, and my hair kept falling out everytime i brushed it and wouldn't stop. Im so sad, and want to warn people this this product may or may not work on your hair..but is it worth the risk when theres better oils out there?”
