“Terrible service.
I placed an order online, which to be fair considering lockdown nd it arrived in good time. This is where the positive stops!
One item went out of date 6/19 yes last year!! Another was going out of date next month and I found it impossible to work with basically the fondant was rock hard and not pliable.
I sent 2 emails and tried calling. I did receive a call back but when the young lady realised I wasnt placing an order but had a complaint I was all but hung up on.
I'm giving the company a few days to respond to me then I will send the food item to Trading Standards.”

Wrong item received instead of a £50.00 stiletto show kit I received two pieces of styrofoam .
Tried to contact several times getting no where fast.
Trading Standards to be contacted on Monday as I’ve been fraudulently miss sold a product .
Please avoid ! Unless you want to be disappointed”
“Absolutely rubbish service products not in stock then when my part order arrived the goods were damaged photos weren’t good enough evidence they wanted damaged cupcake cases sending back costing me additional postage!”
