“Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Not sure if I spoke to the owner on the phone, but whoever it was, did an amazing job of explaining things I asked about. He was not condescending like some are toward women in mechanical matters. Wonderful experience. Ordered winter tires online and they arrived today. Canpar courier placed them into the open garage as I was out back. By the time I came out he had already stacked them inside by the door. This is the best experience I’ve had. Will add to my review after the tires are put through the test of winter.”

“Was looking for trailer tires. 14" None to be had in all the places i looked including Canadian tire, princess auto, tire rack, you name it i looked - out of stock. Tried buying tires on rim from princess auto, did not fit the hub. Funally Capital had trailer tire in stock. Ordered on Monday, delivered on Thursday. And decent price compared to Amazon and other retailers.”

“Needed this winter tire which is discontinued but good Michelin Ice. At Green and Ross was priced like this. On store/service $225, I'd have to pick it up at their HQ store or pay $25 for delivery, another &235 and wait till someone picks it up from another store. Called their HQ store to see if they have it, Yes the price is $281 plus delivery $25 or drive 100Km round trip to pick it up. On your site $219, no delivery charge and here in 3 days. G&R has a motto; WE WILL NOT BE UNDERSOLD. Right. Thank you for excellent service.”
