“They say free shipping, I live only 10 hours away from Ottawa, considered remote location, I buy 4 tire almost $1500 bucks, then after order place they ask for an additional $165 dollars for shipping I had to dish out for my order. Who to blame Capital Auto or the shipping carriers for false advertising ?”
“Well…I spoke to a rep about my order on Jul. 21. He stated the best he could do was get my order shipped Jul. 22 and should be delivered Jul. 25. On Jul. 27 I received an email stating they were shipped that day. As of today Jul. 29 they still haven’t been received however CAP has had the funds since Jul. 22.
Not happy with CAP at all. Not impressed.”

“Communication is apart of customer service and they are lacking huge! Most emails went without response I even tried canceling my order and the rims showed up anyway without centre caps so I sold them to a friend of mine and bought a different set locally that came with centre caps. This was my first time buying from capital auto parts and I’ve seen enough to know that I will not bother with them again.”

“Not happy with customer service regarding my order , called with questions about lug nuts not fitting properly for rims I ordered and agent promised he would contact manufacturer and get back to me with possible solution if there was one , was not contacted back ! “Ordered on April 6 told freight was included got a email saying freight was 80.00 more so I paid it today is April 21 still waiting for tires not at all happy tracking numbers don't work very poor service”
“Tires shipped right away. Not to my shipping address but to shippers warehouse. I was phoned and told to pick up. I live 3 hours round trip and 240 kms round trip from warehouse. Capital Auto Parts requested my experience with shipping and I explained my dissatisfaction. They never followed up.”
