“Despite the item qualifying for free shipping, Capital Auto Parts request I pay for additional shipping charges despite the invoice saying free shipping. After disputing this and asking for my money back, I was never able to get in contact with anyone through phone or email. After a month of waiting for a response, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card provider. Be warned about the non existent customer service and the company scamming you for additional shipping charges. I will never be doing business with this Capital Auto Parts again.”
“Do not do buy anything from this company unless you know exactly what you want. I chose rims that were listed as fitting my vehicle using their website. They did not fit. When I contacted this company I was given a run around and never given a clear answer on if I could get a refund. This is not a good company. Avoid it unless you are sure on your parts.”
